I’m so happy my children are older and don’t take a school bus anymore. Especially the one who decides to come flying out of a gas station right in front of my bus while I’m doing 50 kms an hour and speeds up Dartnall Rd so I can’t catch up to him. But when I do he gives me the finger. Super professional bus 4728. Hope your boss see this!! Friday July 12th at 530pm at Rymal and Dartnall Rd.

The ONLY 'good' reviews are from their STAFF! This is literally the 5th time in less than 5 months where our bus just SIMPLY DID NOT SHOW UP. James Attridge was great and helped us out, but I shouldn't have to call the owner everytime my 4 year old needs to get to school! My suggestion if you have a problem , skip trying to get the receptionist help (they will NOT help you or go out of their way AT ALL), call the owner of the whole company... He's the only one that seems willing to help us. Livid.

I contacted your Hamilton office two days ago about a reckless driver you employ. I provided my contact info, the identifying info of the bus related to the incident (including licence plate, ID#, and a general description of the male driver) and requested you contact me. As of right now you clearly have proven you don't take reports of incidents seriously or the lives of your passengers seriously (children). Your driver cut us off while making a right hand turn on to Osler Drive. He cut across both lanes after cutting us off and could not decide between the left lane or the right lane while heading down the hill in to Dundas. He switched lanes twice with no indicator. He then proceeded to drive directly down the middle of both lanes. He then swerved in to the left lane to avoid a cyclist in the right lane. We ended up in front of the bus and I turned to shake my head and see what kind of idiot drives a school bus like that and YOUR driver threw his hands up in the air like "what lady?" and he laughed. I then proceeded to get out of our vehicle and take pictures of the bus to report it later. With everything that is going on lately, bus drivers and the companies employing them look awful. Companies are employing alcoholics and people that don't care about their passengers. Just last night we watched a story on the news of another bus company dropping a child off by herself with no parent at the stop. The little girl has been left several times before. I can't imagine the feeling parents must have when needing to trust incompetent and unreliable companies such as Attridge with the lives of their children. The fact that you don't even take the time to look in to complaints and contact the concerned public is shocking. I'm sure we'll be seeing your company on the news shortly as well.

Awful. The staff was very rude I asked a simple question about why should a school bus block people in their driveway for 10 minutes.
