After a walk around of the exterior of the house, he pointed out a couple of areas of small or potential concern, which I was unaware of. He took the time to explain everything and emphasized he wanted to exceed my expectations, which he did. Also, extremely flexible. As an example, due to a reschedule I had a junk removal company at my house, so he started in the back and waited for them to leave so he could finish the front of the house. Above and beyond.
