We were never in the dark. Israel was very professional and respectful through every meeting and conversation we had. The day of the roof install, the company was very careful with all my plants around the house and cleaning up after. Israel also helped do a final inspection and picked up anything little trash that was left behind. I will definitely be referring him to my friends and family. I recommend you ask for Israel too!

Naturally, my insurance company initially was only willing to pay a very small amount for hail damage. James coached me to request a second inspection where he agreed to meet the second inspector not once but twice to demonstrate the extent of the hail damage. Thanks to his efforts, the carrier ultimately covered the entire claim. James also followed up after the roof was replaced to insure that everything was cleaned up and in proper order. Five stars!!
