James Orr went above and beyond to help us get a new roof through our insurance company. After several years of “No’s” from the insurance company, he made it happen. His initial words were, “if you will be patient and give me some time, we will get it approved”. He was not wrong. It took several months, but the wait paid off. We were able to get a new roof. His crew was the most efficient roofing crew we have ever seen. The neighbors commented on how fast they worked and how well they cleaned up afterwards. James advocated on our behalf with the carrier to get them to approve our claim and get the install done in an expert and professional manner. This was such an easy and smooth process. Israel Tristan was very helpful and patient with explaining everything thoroughly from the beginning. He kept us posted through the entire process. We were never in the dark. Israel was very professional and respectful through every meeting and conversation we had. The day of the roof install, the company was very careful with all my plants around the house and cleaning up after. Israel also helped do a final inspection and picked up anything little trash that was left behind. I will definitely be referring him to my friends and family. I recommend you ask for Israel too!
