Extra Mile Inc I don’t give them one star I’m not saying they are thieves what I will say is the rates they give for loads are not even close to the load board they give you a rate con that’s not from the broker it’s homemade with the company logo on it and when you try to get another load you know the rate from the beginning they will tell you no every single time dispatch is horrible they don’t respond to any of your calls or text messages until next day dispatch will tell you oh I didn’t see that or I was to busy to answer your phone call let that sink in too busy to answer the phone or text hm I don’t think they want me as a driver if you turn a load down they offer you get ready to sit until the next day they offer one load per day to you as a lease operator your truck will have issues as well I drove the truck for four weeks and water pump broke on me when I took the truck to the local Travel Center of America to get repaired they will pay the bill and take all the money back out of your settlement four weeks and a water pump later you will be in the negative making matters worse no one wanted to help with the repair now we know as drivers four weeks of driving a water pump will not need to be replaced when I was relaying this to them I was told it’s your expense your operating the truck so they will use you to fix their broken semi trucks your not given the proper opportunity to make money your just considered a glorified money maker for Extra Mile Inc Every week something extra will be taken out of your settlement you’ll never make money with them I took the truck back to them it wasn’t worth my time for anyone I mean anyone I wouldn’t wish Extra Mile Inc on my worse enemy I say this to you don’t run away NEVER COME IN THE DIRECTION OF EXTRA MILE INC YOU’LL WASTE YOUR TIME TAKE IT FROM ME GO SOMEWHERE YOU WILL BE RESPECTED AND APPRECIATED ITS NOT HERE AT EXTRA MILE INC THE SADDEST THING ABOUT THIS ENTIRE EXPERIENCE IS MY TRUCK NOTE WEEKLY WAS $250 FOR THREE YEARS AT $45000 DOLLARS I DIDN’T MAKE MORE THAN A $1000 DOLLARS EXCEPT ONCE AT EXTRA MILE INC.

These are thieves, you will never have money for all the fees each week, they make you drive illegally with other users, I was in the hospital for an emergency operation on my stomach and they picked up truck 3110 and stole an iPad, a tablet, AirPods and other personal things, go to other companies, I have already done a lease to purchase in another company and not with the theft like this of up to 20% dispatch fee, crazy crazy, Serbians and Russians the worst

First I want to say that I've been a lease owner operator here since February of last year... Extra Mile is a very professional trucking company I've ever worked at... Shot out to Miles... by far you are the best Dispatcher there... This company treats you like family.. the pay is excellent, I'm able to live a really good life from this.. Equipment is well maintained and are responsible priced (for lease operators). If you're looking for really good miles this is place for you.. I never sit and wait on loads... The Dispatcher team will always have something for you at a great rate per mile... they even preplan loads for you...

This company has showed that all “reviews” are not true. I have been here for awhile now and I absolutely love it here! Has there been a few bumps in road definitely! But very minimal and I can tell everyone that any problem you have this company will answer your phone call, email, text etc immediately! I started out with a dispatcher and had to ask for a different one as we just didn’t see eye to eye but the next one I was given is a rockstar and we work great together! The loads are abundant and pay good. You are your own captain on how much you are willing to run because if your serious you will make good money here. ! You have to stay out and run hard, just can’t work a week or two than think you can go home for a week than again you will fail because that down week will cost you! Work hard play hard thinking always works!!! I’ve done lease purchase at another mega company ( had three trucks on at this other mega) and that was a joke this place shows good business does exist. My weekly settlements are very good and better than expected. They are on time every week. If you have a problem at a shipper or receiver within a few minutes dispatch has you answers. Trucks are in great condition at least one I choose. With warranty. The biggest thing everyone needs to understand is when you do a lease purchase it’s going to take a month or two to see a profit. This is a new business and all new businesses are like a baby it takes time to grow. Don’t come into lease purchase thinking your going to immediately make a profit. But you will very soon. Invest in yourself and business and it will grow. I’m doing great here out of 17 years in trucking this company has been great.! I will hopefully add another truck or so onto this company and be here long term with these amazing people. Starting with the recruiter Paul to accounting to dispatch everyone has been amazing. I’m more happy in trucking than I have ever been out of all my years! And to the ones that say you have experience why lease onto a company that’s easy answer you align yourself with good business and you grow with them the small percent you give you gain in. Soo many other areas. Good luck to all in your journey and to all the great people at extra mile I’m grateful to be apart of this team thank you!
