John gave me 3 choices for the project, which all were competitively priced. The job was 1 day and the crew did a great job. The roof looks great. The cleanup was complete and thorough. I highly recommend Eyles Contracting.

Wow ! I got several quotes from local contractors to replace the large company roof. So many seemed ok until you got the actual contract. They wanted everything from huge down payments 2 months in advance, to three weeks of work time to complete the project. Over priced products that didn't meet our company needs. Eyles was always up front and professional , Robert listened to our needs and concerns. Things like not interrupting our work flow by working over a weekend. He gave us a few options for materials and warranties. He truly listened to what we were looking for. His crew delivered materials and dumpsters late on a Friday as employees were finishing their day. The crews came in on Saturday and Sunday and had the whole job complete by Sunday evening. When we came back to work on Monday morning even the dumpsters were removed by 7 am and almost no sign that they had even been here,other than the new roof we asked for ! I've dealt with many outside vendors over the years and there are very few who deliver like Eyles Contracting. Don't miss an opportunity to have them quote your roofing project ! Eyles Contracting just finished roofing the final remaining roofs for our condo association. We have 109 units plus a clubhouse. Robert did this work over several years accommodating our budget restriction. Robert and his team are very responsive and provided us with excellent information and guidance throughout the entire project. We found Robert to be very knowledgeable and he helped guide us through the process. His workers are extremely hard working and courteous. The last 24 units were done over 4 - 5 days. We are extremely pleased with the quality of the work and how nice the new shingles look.

I contacted Eyles Contracting, Inc based on the recommendation from 2 friends. After receiving several quotes, Eyles stood above the crowd. John Flanagan went out of his way to convince me his company was professional and interested in replacing the roof. He met with me several times and stayed in contact throughout the project. This property had an addition 8 years ago with new shingles and John made sure the new roof would match the section on the addition. They repaired 3 separate roof-related issues that I had without any extra charge what-so-ever. The workers were all awesome. I had great contact with the foreman. They sent me drone shots of the before and after as well. I will recommend anyone in need of any roofing needs to contact Eyles Contracting, Inc. They truly went above and beyond.
