I have been coming here for ~10 years and overall the service has improved and is now excellent. I am always greeted with a smile and made to feel like a valued customer by the front desk (reception) women, and although in the past I have sometimes had to wait for my scheduled appointment, on average the service is timely (and sometimes I am late due to traffic, so I understand that this can also affect others). Even though I have moved an hour away to Fairfax, Virginia, I still come here twice a year and always look forward to my visits. Doctor Taneja is a wonderful person, and I always enjoy our chats about family, as well as about dental health and hygiene. (And as a bonus, there are lots of cool places to eat and drink in the vicinity!) 😊🦷🪥

I scheduled a 4:30pm appointment online and got the text confirmation. When I arrived they told me that they don’t see patients at 4:30 and my insurance could not be found even though I had used it just a few months before. They told me it was now too late to check the insurance and be seen. They could only reschedule me. So getting off work early and running there all for nothing. Maybe the dentist is good but better don’t trust the online scheduling and call again to confirm.

Really nice team, they made me feel welcomed and I didn’t feel judged. They do show kindness and love through their work and really care about your wellbeing.
