this was my first time here and i can finally say i have a found a new dental home! i had an amazing experience at ez dental from the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and professional; the clinic is clean and comfortable, which instantly put me at ease. Dr. Shah was so kind, gentle, highly knowledgeable, thorough, and had the patience to explain everything in detail, making sure I understood each step of the process and felt comfortable during the process. i really felt well taken care of throughout my appointment, and the treatment and payment options were clearly explained by Ms Evelyn who also was very kind and had the patience to explain everything to me and work with me. all in all, the entire team made my visit stress-free and i am confident in the care i received so i would highly recommend this practice for anyone looking for a top-notch dentist!

My faith in humanity has been restored. EZ Dental has been absolutely amazing. I must give backstory on my visits, I walked into the office as an edentulous person as I had all of my teeth removed August 2024. Although I did have ill fitting dentures. However, I had no idea that my face would be disfigured, unclear speech, so needless to say I had been wearing a face mask since August, I mean a total mess, not much quality of life. So I scheduled the visit with EZ Dental and (side bar) I’m the type of person who can read a room really quick. The entire staff was extremely encouraging and helpful, added bonus is that the staff was diverse which was really nice, as my husband and children are for lack of better words, the United Nations. I do now have the lower set of my implants teeth and we are working on getting the top really soon. I’m really impressed with this team because they understand the assignment, which is first to treat individuals like humans. Thank you EZ Dental, hmmm so much meaning in a name. It was honestly an EZ procedure. Thank you so much. Anyone who is looking for good dental care where the entire staff cares for the whole person, this is definitely the right place.

Their customer service is amazing! I have not been to the clinic yet but if their services are anything like the service I received over the phone then i highly recommend. I called after leaving a dentist office that did not accept payment plans for extractions. I was calling around to try to find a dentist who did payment plans and came across this office. I spoke to fay (sorry if misspelled) and was blown away by her customer service. She let me know that they do have payment plans but she would need my X-ray to give me exact information. The office I had just left refused to give me my X-ray. Fay informed me that they should be able to give this to me especially since I paid for my appointment out of pocket. She stated that she sends them all the time even for patients who didn’t pay for their exam. In effort to help me resolve this, as I need an extraction very bad, she called the office herself in an attempt to retrieve my X-rays. Unfortunately, they were not sent today but the office stated that they would be sent tomorrow. If it wasn’t for Fay I would have to pay for another exam. Never have I received such exceptional customer service from a office! Looking forward to making an appointment once my X-ray is received.
