I bought a home with a roof that was in need of an upgrade. The roof wasn't necessarily on it's last leg so to speak but definitely was showing its age. As with most issues of this nature comes anxiety; in regards to cost, quality, and expediency. Then comes the question of underlying damage, luckily I dodged the bullet on that one. As with most things in our society the phrase "you get what you pay for" rings true with most everything. That saying is what guided my thoughts in my decision making process. Now my home isn't all that expensive, yet I figure if I treat it properly, and give it the care it deserves it will continue to shelter my family and I for years to come. Midwest was my choice. When Josh came out I had a realy good idea what I is looking for. I asked for an architectural shingle, he came up with an Owen's Coring Duration shingle. A very reputable company and a very quality product. As I paraphrase what Josh said in his sales pitch that they employ experienced workers, and stand by their work. They finished in the time frame that was given to me with the hand shake and signature of the agreement. It looks fabulous. It has since rained and not unlike any other homeowner I have checked every nook and crany. It still looks good. I would definitely recommend Midwest.

Avoid Midwest Roofing & Siding! They do not know how to install new roof, siding, gutters and down spouts properly, but still expect to be paid without fixing their mistakes. I even had to metal sweep for nails because they insisted their job was done, when it wasn't. There were birds making nests between house and roof shingles. Sales person Josh, made promises he could not keep. Billing was ballooned at end of project and threats of filing lien if not paid with all insurance money even if they did not do all the work. This company does not care about customer service. This company has no integrity and a contract they don't honor. Midwest's response to this review is completely inaccurate. They continue to defend their bad contract and lies.

Denny our sales representative waa fantastic. He spent the time needed to answered all of our questions where we felt comfortable moving forward with the job. Trie, the project manager had excellent communication skills. He stopped by the day before they started the job to make sure certain we all were on the same page. He stopped in while his crew was working to see if we had any questions, and once the project was completed to make certain we were satisfied. The crew did an excellent job with clean up, and our roof looks awesome! We would definitely referr them to our friends and family.
