Can’t you feel the water temperature yourself? The wash was rushed, the blow-dry was sloppy, and my scalp was still damp when I left. I asked them to dry it more, but they barely tried. The Korean stylist with long hair was especially rough, pulling at my scalp so hard it hurt. Totally unprofessional. Never coming back. Not worth the money.
