Just terrible, I dropped a package off to be shipped out by DHL, beginning of the month. Just get told that the package was picked, and when contacting DHL, it was never picked/dropped off.. will never use this place again

I was in this business last Friday just before noon. I was so impressed with the young woman working at the counter. The store was extremely busy with lots of people waiting and the phone was ringing frequently. She was the only person working and she stayed pleasant, calm and efficient. I waited for 40 minutes (crazy busy due to Christmas and the postal strike) and during that time she dealt with challenging customers, questions and phone calls patiently and with a smile on her face.
