F45 Aurora is truly the best! The coaches are incredible—knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely invested in helping you reach your goals. The studio is well-managed, super organized, clean and always welcoming. Their HYROX program was excellent—really well thought out and extremely helpful. It made a huge difference in preparing for the race!

We just started going to this location, because unfortunately our old gym closed down. So far we like it. Clean facility and friendly members. The coaches are always there to make sure your form is correct and challenging you each time.
