F45 Training City Square Baton Rouge

I bought a 7 day trial last week and had several sessions. Made progress after each one. This week I purchased a membership. I can see myself doing this long term. Gonna be my best self with the support of F45. The trainers are great and the whole place is welcoming. Super clean. Very well set up. Plenty of space between work out stations. If you are looking for a good exercise program without being intimidated this is the place.

Awesome experience! I used a passport pass to attend as I go to F45 daily back home in Frisco, TX. Gym was so clean and the equipment was brand new. I loved they had a whole recovery section as you do not see that at most F45’s. Highly recommend and will be coming back when I am in the area!

I absolutely LOVE F45 City Square! The staff is wonderful; so supportive and always encouraging! I love the environment; so energetic and enthusiastic … the music always gets me going! I really enjoy how each class is different but always targeting specific muscle groups. I feel very strong, more agile, and more flexible. Highly recommend! You won’t be disappointed!
