I really love the morning classes here and the trainers that come in the morning are the absolute best. There’s nobody else like Dustin, Ashley and Austin. They’ve been consistent for a while now and they don’t just stand around. They actually pay attention to you and not their phones. They know how to take leadership and guide properly. I feel like trainers like them are a rare find. This location being in downtown is also very helpful, you’re near all nice restaurants and cool events in the city.

I just started going here and already love it! All the coaches are super friendly and have made an effort to learn my name right away, which makes such a difference. Everyone working out is really encouraging and positive — it honestly feels like a team or little gym family. I actually look forward to coming in, which says a lot!

Crossroads F45 trainers have always been enthusiastic and encouraging the reason why I keep going back. A few months ago I injured myself and was nervous about attending class however after chatting with a trainer I booked a class to give it a try. I successfully kept my workout schedule while mending from a broken bone. All the trainers have done an amazing job on helping to adjust the workout to fit my needs while mending. Almost back up to full speed and the trainers deserve a shout out and a heartfelt thank you for all their help along my journey!
