I've been to numerous F45 gyms and this is the best one! All staff and trainers are organized, transparent, and supportive. Place is always clean and they have created an excellent environment to workout in. Excited to have joined a few months back and look forward to continuing to make progress here!

They have knowledgeable coaches that care. I injured my back a while ago and they kept checking in on me when I was doing exercises that might tweak it then offered some modifications. They also have a lot of variety when it comes to the weights and the equipment like the mines. The owners definitely go out of their way to make you feel welcome. And they also have events and give back to the community through donations.

Great place to work out. This is the cleanest gym I’ve seen and they take it seriously as well. They have quality trainers who are truly interested in bettering anyone that walks though their doors.
