Pleasant experience. Staff's behavior was very nice and cooperative. The room was properly cleaned, maintained and comfortable. I would highly recommend this hotel if you want to stay near to Greenwood City. I will definitely gonna visit again.👌😀
I had a very unpleasant experience at this hotel. Location was fine , not very difficult to locate. What bothered me most was that they offered me a room in the basement next to their worker’s kitchen n their workers rooms. That was highly unprofessional and a very bad experience for me ! The rooms for customers should be separate from kitchen . On top of that , the reception was also just outside my room . The phone kept ringing in late night hours and early morning hours . All I needed was a good night’s sleep. My suggestion would be not to keep those basement rooms for customers.
Really great experience. I stayed with my family. The staff is really good hospitality level is A class. I would just say they take a little time in getting food. But the service is good. The rooms are great.
