I stayed at Zostel Delhi for three days and was genuinely impressed by the experience. The staff were incredibly hospitable - special thanks to Sam, who was an amazing host! The hostel has a cool interior, great amenities, and feels very safe with a security guard stationed at the entrance. While the location can be a bit hectic (the street gets quite packed and you have to hop into your Uber quickly), the overall comfort, atmosphere, and service more than make up for it. I’d definitely recommend Zostel Delhi to anyone visiting the city!

Good experience! All the staff were really lovely, especially those on reception who were fun, helpful and spoke great English. The price for a dorm room was very reasonable. I felt very safe in the hostel as a single woman. The hostel itself is fine, there is a lot of seating in the lobby and basement which is nice to chill in, however there isn’t air con in these areas, just fans. But in the rooms there was air con and fans which were on all day and night. The room was clean. The location is good, near New Delhi railway station and metro. They have a cafe serving food downstairs, the staff there were nice but again no air con.

The front desk was helpful, and the common areas were comfortable. However, the room was dirty, looking like it had not been cleaned for some time. Including the bathroom. The rooms also don’t have any key / card lock, there is just a deadbolt from the inside. The area that the hostel was in is not a particularly pleasant area. Whilst it is conveniently very close to New Delhi station, this convenience is not worth it for the surrounding area. I would recommend choosing a hostel in more southern areas of the city. The other guests were very friendly. Overall, I would only choose this hostel if proximity to New Delhi station ( < 5 mins walk), and affordability, are absolutely needed.

So at that time unbooking guest were staying at night and partying on terrace, its not safe for solo male/female travellers on my view . He was like ye toh apna hi ha fridge mai la l ham rakh te hai wo la dega uper mast chill karenge. So recently i was once again booking for zostel delhi and suddenly i rememberd a year amd half ago i stayed here and my experience. I was putting 3 star only for a person other wise it was 5/5 So the story is like there was a guy mid 30s little bit a shady character he was there as a solo and saying this is my regular place i know the staffs kabhi kabhi bina booking k b rahe jata hu . I put some drinks on fridge sometime i gave them to staff it was ok till then. But when it was night we all are chilling at the roof top there was a group having some ladies he was like last night we went we did so much fun at majnuka tita at midnight rat bhar ghume delhi so chalo lets all go today also and im like bro yoh are so kuch shaddy and now saying this so i convinced my friend lets go we have a early train to catch. And we leave But he was so much like lets go all we know places maje karenge i know good bars bla bla bla So ladies please stay away from this kind of mens in hostel . So we told someone there at bight and checked out early dont know what they do then! If in this zostel non booking member can stay at night and can do party at terrace then its not safe for solo female travellers.
