This was my first visit to the store, and I wasn’t familiar with the process for selecting and getting fabric cut. When I asked for help, one of the staff members responded with an unfriendly attitude and told me, rather abruptly, to “bring the fabric here.” I was taken aback by her tone. When I brought the fabric over, she cut it but continued to act in a condescending and rude manner, which made the experience uncomfortable. However, I want to highlight that the cashier who helped me during checkout was very kind, sweet, and professional. Her warm demeanor made a big difference and ended the visit on a more positive note.

I am writing to express my ongoing disappointment with the customer service experience at this store. During my visits, Not all but several staff members are unfriendly, cold, and failed to greet customers or offer a smile. There’s a noticeable lack of warmth and engagement, being neurodivergent makes this encounter always awkward and uncomfortable. I see similar feedback in reviews, with the promise of speaking with staff or management. However, I have yet to see any improvement in the service quality. As a regular customer, I believe that friendly and attentive service and building a rapport is key, and makes for a positive shopping experience. I hope you will take my concerns seriously and take steps to ensure a more welcoming environment for all customers in the future.

My partner and I frequent on the regular and she always finds a number of items perfect for her creative endeavours; no matter the colour or fabric type, we always find what we need! Staff are very kind and helpful if we ever require assistance.

Had a little trip out, and wasn't disappointed. Staff were all really helpful, amazing choice of everything and all reasonably priced. The only negative (which has nothing to do with the shop) is the parking.
