I have never been treated so well as I was yesterday day by all three ladies. I brought my Husqvarna Viking design Se in for the repairman to look at. They immediately stopped what they were doing and diagnosed what was wrong. It was the embroidery arm. The owner sold me a new arm at a fantastic price. Went through old catalogs and manuals for my machine ,gave them to me. It is over an hour drive from home but so worth the experience.

Took my Singer sewing machine in with a problem of top thread catching on something under the base plate. They worked on it 4 times and it is still doing the same thing. Change me 189$. Only offer me 50$ if I go a new 500$ machine. I will never go back there. They told my mechanic was only good to sew two thin fabric and it's a heavy duty machine. It was never fixed, your girl tested it the second time I picked it up on thin fabric and it did the same thing it was doing where I bought it in. I was working on a quilt.
