I’ve been coming to Face It for more than 10 years and every visit just reminds me why I’m willing to travel 20kms to get here. From day one, they’ve taken the time to really understand my needs — especially when it came to my sensitive, acne-prone skin. Before starting any facials or makeup matching, they sat with me, asked the right questions, and built a treatment plan I felt completely comfortable with. It’s that kind of care that sets them apart. I also started laser treatments here and after just my first session, I noticed a significant reduction in hair growth and a visible improvement in my skin’s texture and appearance. The threading is my favorite; Tracey has magic hands and shapes my brows perfectly to suit my face, every time. One moment that really stands out is when my daughter had a terrible haircut at a well-known dry bar — they completely butchered it. We rushed here, and the team not only fixed it but somehow made it look amazing, and a day before Christmas when they were so busy. The owner is genuinely one of the kindest, most knowledgeable people I’ve met in the beauty industry and this is also experienced with the staff. She always gives honest advice, whether it’s recommending scar repair treatments for my skin or helping me find the right solutions for my son’s scars — never pushing services just for the sake of it. My nails were done exactly like my inspo pic! I am so inlove with them. Such a beautiful and well run space. Make-up retail store is so convenient and had expert help picking out my foundation and lip colours for my skin tone. Love, love this store!
