At my wife's request, we drove over 40 miles to this place so that she could go in and look around. When we arrived, we were met by whom I would assume was the manager who was policing the front door to make sure we had masks in place before we could enter. Not being from the area, we had no idea that the local health department created their own mask "mandate" for the stores in the Mercer county area. Apparently, in many of the other stores that we had visited that day, a majority of the customers within the stores we went into were not wearing masks and even though the good people behind the registers had no choice but to wear theirs, they were not attempting to enforce politics on the customers. However that was not the case with the manager of this Factory Connection. We were not met with a customer service style greeting, but with a flat-toned, "Do you have a mask?" Luckily, we had a few in my wife's purse and complied with the woman. There was no, "Welcome to Factory Connection, or even a simple, "Hello" with a civil introduction to the policy. However this was cordial with how the woman addressed a younger couple who had entered without masks, to which the woman addressed them in an embarrassing manner from across the room instead of approaching them in a professional manner. This in turn made the young couple turn around and leave. And just a moment later, we in turn left as well without making a purchase. My advise to the owners of the franchise; if you want to keep a profit margin in that area, train your employees to be a bit more customer friendly. Political pushes come and go, but customers are your company's lifeline, and with the demeanor that your customers were met with by this employee, they will go quicker than these "mandates", taking their money elsewhere with them.

Found many clothes that I adored, not bad on price either. Sales associates were friendly and helpful. Signed up for the rewards program in less than a minute and instantly recieved a 15% off one item. Definitely will start shopping here more often. I asked how often they recieve new items and they said Monday through Friday. So there's usually something new every day! The merchandise is very organized and easy to find what you are looking for.

The manager at this location is very condescending and intimidating to her employees in front of customers and other employees! She needs better management skills to ever make your store a desirable place to shop! Don't know what your management criteria is but I'm sure this PENNY person doesn't meet any of them! Will never shop in your stores again! Shopping should be pleasant and my experience certainly was not.
