The products are good and the pricing is fair, but the transportation cost is extremely high. When you include the transport charges, the total cost becomes the same or even higher than other competitor. If you are near the company or in the same state, it’s fine. But if you are from South India, I do not recommend it. They use VRL Logistics and do not check transport rates themselves. When I asked Fair Enterprises for an approximate transportation cost, they told me to contact VRL directly. VRL did not respond to calls, and even after informing Fair Enterprises, they did not bother to help. Since I needed the product urgently, I ordered it. They shipped it through VRL from Delhi to Chennai, and the transportation charge ended up being 50% of the product cost. It was a very bad experience with VRL, and Fair Enterprises was also careless and unhelpful. Always check both product price and transportation charges before purchasing. If the transport cost is too high, it’s better to choose another company. When you add both, the overall price is higher than other competitors.
