Very disappointed I have used fairway laws for several years paying in the winter and fall for pre-emerge to stop the spring weeds. My yard is full of weeds more than anyone else in the neighborhood. They really have no clue what they are doing . They said fall pre emerge is the key yet I pay for this service. There are also dead spots where they have killed my Bermuda grass as well. I think they are just clueless . Read the other reviews stating the same issue and don’t waste your money!

THE RESPONSE BELOW FROM Fairway Lawns WAS MADE 2WKS AGO WITH NO FURTHER CONTACT FOR RESOLUTION!! 0 rating PICTURES ATTACHED. I wanted my dream lawn to be comparable to my neighbors, but I have a nightmare. This company is UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! BUYER BEWARE!! PLEASE DON'T UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GRASS IS NOW DEAD ON THE FRONT YARD! APPLIED PRODUCTS THAT REQUIRED WATERING WHEN I WAS OUT OF TOWN FOR A MONTH DUE TO A WRECK AND CANCELLED SERVICES!!!!! Fairway Lawn service delivered ineffective services and killed a portion of my front yard. My front lawn was significantly different in weed control. Weeds covered the back yard in comparison to the front. I returned home to a vast majority of dead grass in the front yard aside from tree removal. My cameras did not record (Royce, service manager) on several occasions completing services. Home office indicated that he was quick. I requested cancellation of services via the office and treatment manager (Royce) but services were still performed after cancellation request was made due to underwhelming services. I was out of town due to a car wreck for a month. The grass required watering due to the treatments applied without permission resulting in dead grass. I called in to request to hear the conversation regarding cancellation. Customer service indicated "we don't do that here. We don't have to lie. I'm not going to argue with you." Although initially they indicated that I called 3 times for 3 seconds. After the call with Royce, I cancelled my credit card with a feeling that my card would still be charged after request to provide free services after consulting with his supervisor. Fairway continued to attempt to bill 3 times in January, 2 times in February, and 2 times in March with no correspondence from me because I already cancelled services. I have been sent to collections after performing my due diligence with 2 entities from their company. I requested notes from the calls, and it was indicated I displayed frustration and manager request so why continue to provide treatment services. However, I have a collection bill for $210. My bill increased from $65 to $70 without notice. I was informed that I should request notification of a price increase. This company is UNETHICAL and UNPROFESSIONAL!!! BUYER BEWARE!! PLEASE DON'T UTILIZE THEIR SERVICES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! GRASS IS NOW DEAD ON THE FRONT OF THE YARD!

I had my lawn service last week, and as always my service technician Jerrymi is AWESOME!!!. He always my sure my lawn gets exactly what's needed. He is very professional and pleasant all the time. I can always ask questions and express my concerns with out any problems. I look forward to seeing him on every visit. Jerrymi is very customer service orientated. Thank you Fairway, Stacy King
