Kathy CzerwonkaI had a rug cleaned recently. The Hadeed team that picked up the rug sold us 2 additional services, one of which was sanitizing so that the rug fibers would open up and a pet stain could more easily come out. After cleaning Hadeed called and said I would need to spend an additional $700 ( we were already spending $750) to have the stain removed. Had we known that they could not remove the stain, we would have skipped the cleaning altogether. We are out $750, and the stain is still there. Additionally, the rug is now 4ā smaller.
Carolyn LowryDaniel and Andrew came out to my home this morning to clean my sofa and one upholstered chair as well as take two Oriental rugs in for cleaning. They were punctual and thorough - my furniture looks great and I know the rugs will also. I will have to say that Andrew went above and beyond his job description when he caught a rather large toad that hopped in while the door was open and let it go further out in the yard!!! š I have used Hadeed/Mercer before, and was very pleased with the results. I would definitely recommend this company to friends and family!
Joann MayesPrice was different from what they quoted me over the phone., My son called to tell me what they said the price was going to be after they did the square footage on the rooms.I immediately call them told them not to shampoo my carpet but they agreed to take 20 percent off the bill. Also my carpet was soaking wet my husband had to get our rug doctor out to pull the water up off the padding/ carpet they shampoo my carpet Wednesday but Saturday some of the carpet was still wet.The guy arrived at 3:20pm by 4:30pm he was wrapping it up. this includes 4 bedroom about 15 steps. Living /dining room and two hallways.Why so fast? Carpet had a lot of dark areas that wasnāt cleaned.I called talk to the supposed to be manger very unprofessional want to give me 65 dollars off my next service should have been for the lousy service they did, no thank you never again. Iām trying to up some photos.
Vanessa YostI was optimistic this company could clean our carpet after speaking with a representative after my son spilled his drink on it. They picked it up the same day as the spill but from that point on it was extremely frustrating and unsuccessful. I could only speak to people at headquarters who did not seem to know much about my carpet. Two weeks later Iāve been told for an additional $380 (after the initial $330 charge) they could get the stain out. They should have been more upfront on their charges (and honestly done more to clean it initially, for example they said they could not use chemicals in that process.) I DO NOT recommend this company!
