Bed was too hard like bricks. Service wasn’t satisfactory. The told us that the room is for 4 people.But the bed of front room is single type. Good thing is rooms were much big & specious.

Gave us a bad service. And the rooms were never cleaned. The worst hotel there is. Will never stay at this hotel again.

The rooms that we got were good, they were spacious, and had ample furniture. However, the service was absolutely terrible. The staff were rude to our people, and moreover, even though our check-in was at 11am, we had to wait till 2pm till we were finally given rooms; which put a massive strain on the planned activities. The service was terrible even otherwise. We tried to call room service to clean the rooms, but they didn’t arrive till we were about to check-out, and that too for cleaning up the room after us, not for. Oh, they also never got us the bottled water (one a day per room) we were promised, even after asking them to.

WORST SERVICE EVER. DO NOT VISIT. Booked rooms for over 100 people as part of a group tour from a travel agency. Didn't get rooms even at 4.00 PM whereas they promised to check us in by 11.00 AM. Misbehaved with guests, didn't respond to service calls, didn't supply drinking water. and even when it came to check out they misbehaved again and again. Booked 4 person room but got one double and one single bed, idk how 2 people will fit in a single bed but we had to manage. Only one lift available and it doesn't work during 12.00-6.00 am. There is no apparent room service and even when you call asking to clean something, they respond very slowly. There's no lost and found, when one person from my group forgot his shoes in the room he checked out from, he had to call the reception again and again and they denied finding anything. and after 2-3 hours he had to personally bring a reception staff to knock on that door and ask the current guests if they found the shoes, fortunately it was still there. There is NO HILL/BEACH view, both side are covered with just buildings. total waste of money if you book by seeing the advertisement. And These are just a few of the mishaps that happened during our 2 night stay. Very disappointed. 👎👎👎

You cannot see the beach. The hotel is located near Shugondha beach opposite Long Beach Hotel. Service is good. Rooms are clean. No single room available here. The price is reasonable.

Terrible Hotel.Not recommended to go

Not at all recommended for family outing . Rooms are dirty . No room service . Bed sheets ,blankets ,pillow all are dirty .The hotel is also very shady .

Room orientation was good. But, Their response to others requirement was not up to the mark.
