From start to finish, the team were professional, helpful, and communicative. When I dropped off the car, Frank took the time to assess the vehicle and keep me informed, even personally handling an issue with locating the keys. During the diagnostic process, I appreciated the clarity and honesty regarding the engine’s initial condition and the transparent explanation of the £49.99 diagnostic charge. Throughout the day, both Frank and Mark kept me updated on progress, explaining the steps they were taking and ensuring I understood the findings. Their professionalism and patience made what could have been a stressful situation much easier to manage. Overall, I’m very grateful to the Braintree team for their time, effort, and communication. I would not hesitate to recommend this branch to anyone needing vehicle servicing or diagnostics.

I came into Halfords recently for a tyre change. A simple and straightforward job, but the experience was made memorable by Mark on the front desk and Kye (please excuse the spelling if it's wrong!) the technician. Both of them went entirely out of their way and went above and beyond to help me with no hesitation.
