This was the best experience I’ve ever had at a dentist. They are so professional, helpful, and kind. I love that they show you the X-rays and images on a screen as they’re taking them. Front desk staff were friendly and helpful (Shayla and Cait), Amber was super knowledgeable and didn’t hesitate when I had multiple questions about what to expect, what my options were, etc, and Doctor Dan was personable, thorough and efficient. So glad I chose this practice!

I have major anxiety when it comes to dental work and found myself needing a tooth pulled. My previous dental office was no longer in network and had quoted me so much for a root canal I didn’t even think it was something I could afford. Called Family Dental Care is East Peoria because the pain was getting too bad and they got me in so quickly. They were kind, courteous, and patient, and went over all payment options with me and I found I COULD afford a root canal vs getting it pulled. They scheduled the procedure the next day (today) and even let me bring my mom in the room. I’m 31 and still need my mommy sometimes don’t judge lol. Just left after the root canal and I have nothing but praises to give this clinic. Staff is incredible from the front desk to the technicians and Dr. I would recommend this place to anyone. I’m forgetting his name but I wanted to especially shout out the technician that was assisting the Dr today. I was a nervous wreck and he was amazing and checked on me frequently during the procedure. The technician I had the previous day was just as amazing. Everyone in that office deserves a raise and all the best karma in the universe. Thank you thank you thank you!!!
