They ask you to do a review of there services. When you do one they do not contact you if there is anything that can make things better. I was a patient of Dr Ingram and Dr Vessey for years. They are great dentists but I had a problem with a hygienist. No one contacted me back, so unfortunately I had to leave. Shows they don’t really about people who they got to know by name and face.

The best dental clinic in Moncton, hands down! They deserve more than 100 stars but unfortunately it does not allow me to give more than 5. I visited them yesterday after being in severe pain for several days. I had little hope of seeing the doctor immediately and was prepared to be told to wait for few days, but I desperately needed help. Crystal at the reception was incredibly kind and got me in right away. An x-ray was done immediately, and I was promptly prescribed antibiotics. Dr. Ingham is so kind and thorough. I was very scared due to the pain, but he explained each step of the process, which made me feel much more at ease. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Thank you so much, Crystal, for accommodating me yesterday. Your kindness truly made my life better. God bless you! Also, a big shout-out to the girl who did my X-ray (I wish I had asked her name). Thank you for your pep talk and for sharing your story about losing a tooth and not yet opting for an implant. It gave me a lot of mental strength. You are such an amazing person! If you're someone who is afraid of dental pain and want the best treatment/advice, Family Dental is the place to go. The doctors are kind and amazing, and the staff is super friendly. You just can't go wrong with them.
