If I could give a zero, I would, some staff are just rude, especially in billing. Too long to go into detail what all went wrong. They will cancel appointments and not give timely replacements. My husband had a problem with a crown. He went in to get it fix, and it came off within a few days. Often your referred out. If you pay insurance for dental you won't get your monies worth here. Go elsewhere so you can get actual cleaning and work.
