My poor sad girlfriend went here. She has an infection in her decayed tooth. You can and could see the infection. It was white and puffy. She’s been in extreme pain for about 5 days now. They didn’t prescribe her an antibiotic or ibuprofen. We decided to go to SmileBuilderz in Lancaster. They ended up telling us she has a severe infection! The bigger receptionist was very rude just to add on to the experience. Doctor Terrence was disrespectful and not helpful. I understand this job is stressful and can be frustrating. The thing is my girlfriend is 17 years old and got treated this way. When you come to work for one come with respect and a smile even if it’s forced. For two make people feel comfortable. For three know what you’re talking about! How did no one know she had an infection in her decayed tooth. 2 star place for a reason! Trust the reviews people!!!!

I really needed some dental work done and haven’t been to a dentist in 8 years. I went in to fill out and application for low-income assistance. Handed my application to the woman at the desk hoping to have more information. She said “okay call in two weeks to see if you’re approved” Two weeks later I call and they tell me “you have to make an account” Would have been nice to know when I spoke to someone in person and asked for info. Okay, well now I have to re-apply with the woman on the phone. She was helpful and filled everything out for me and said call back in a couple days. I actually waited a little over a week before I called back. Call back again and give my information and I’m told “sorry, I don’t see you in our system” Cool, so now I’ve waited a month and it seems they just throw away your info as soon as you hand it over to them? What a joke. This is so unfortunate and I want to cry because I thought I might finally have a chance at dental health. Shame on you for claiming to help and then doing absolutely nothing to actually help people.

Very clean, the staff is welcoming. I love that my dentist is a women, it makes me feel safe. I am confused as to why I have separate appointments for every step. The location is terrible, each time I go there is a dealer at the bus stop right out front but the quality of service once you’re in the building is great.

Dr Rissco lacks integrity. I had a dentist appointment at 9am. I was lost because gps took me to their medical bldg instead of the dental bldg. this was my 2nd time visiting there. They have. 9 minute grace period and he turned me away. Denied service. I drove 30 minutes to get there. He is heartless never go there. He’s a liar.
