Highly recommend this place. I had an appointment at a different dentist to do an extraction. They couldn't get me numb and wouldn't/couldn't pull it. They recommended sedation. I then traveled over an hour to get to York. I did have to wait about 2 hrs, but it was 10am, and I was an emergency walk in, which was expected. Dr. Carlisle and his assistant were AMAZING. He numbed me up and pulled the tooth right out. No pain, no issues. I was so relieved that tooth causing me so much pain was finally out. No post-op issues either. Thank you so much Dr. Carlisle and team! You're the best!!

I just had two teeth pulled. I should note that I have never had a good experience before with dentist’s. However, for the 1st time I can say I absolutely would recommend this place to anyone. I’ve never felt more at ease at a dentist office in all my life. From the people who checked me in to the dentist who pulled my teeth and the nurse who assisted them everyone was incredibly kind and respectful. if you’re a person who does not like going to the dentist and really needs to be seen, I suggest you go here you will not regret it.

Do not recommend this place to anyone my mom is also a US senator so trust and believe I'm going to take this to the top of the chain. I was told they would pull 3 teeth. They pulled 7 with minimal novacaine when I asked to be put to sleep I was told they can't do that and we had to move forward with the procedure this way because there is no other option. "Absolutely A LIE"...With no pain meds prescribed or antibiotics After the procedure i was told if I had any problems to call their office it was 5:00 p.m. at this time she looked at the clock and said well we're closed for the weekend so if you have any issues I guess you'll have to let us know Monday.... If Tylenol doesn't work you can always go sit at the hospital for a few hours to get some medication for the pain... I just had seven teeth pulled do you think I want to sit in the hospital for hours waiting on medication they should have gave me their ridiculous... WOW what a joke... I explained I am an absolute pain now she says take Tylenol I explained to her that's not going to work I take some pretty serious medications it is because I'm in stage D heart failure. They were cleared by my cardiologist to pull three teeth not 7 I signed the insurance paper pre- procedure agreeing to three as planned not only did they not put me to sleep like I requested they decide to pull four more while I'm there while having no extra Novocaine I can keep going with little situations in between all this that was just ridiculous however I'll save that knowledge for them to hear later on... If someone doesn't get ahold of me by Monday from their company and doesn't try to rectify the situation I will take it from there this is unacceptable treatment....

Went in as a walk in to get a tooth looked at that I knew would most likely need extracted. Waited a little over an hour before they took me back, did X-rays and confirmed the tooth needed to be removed, as well as the wisdom tooth I had behind it that way impacted. Every staff member from start to finish was super polite and kind. The dentist explained every step and was quick and efficient. Total cost for everything was about $750 as a self pay patient. I was in and out within about 2 hours or so. Very grateful to have been able to be seen and something done about the pain I was experiencing all in one appt. I would definitely recommend coming here!
