Customer experiences
This used to be THE SHOP for alignments. Back in the day, Jon was the guy—he knew everything, took the time to dial in my suspension, and helped me get my dream setup. He really made this the go‑to spot. But the new crew? Absolutely terrible. They’re just kids with no clue what they’re doing. I had a gut feeling I shouldn’t go back once I heard Jon wasn’t around anymore, but I thought maybe the shop would still hold the same quality standards. Big mistake—these guys are the complete opposite. Save your money and skip this place. They told me my alignment was “straight,” yet the car still pulls hard to the left on the freeway. When I brought it up, they tried blaming it on “tire wear,” even though my tires are literally brand new, less than a month old. That excuse alone tells you they don’t know what they’re talking about. Really disappointing to see how far this shop has fallen. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else for alignments—these guys just aren’t it.
**Changing my 5 star review to 1 star based upon recent events. I installed a lift kit on my car with all aftermarket adjustable camber parts for front and rear. I came in for an alignment, but after the alignment I started asking questions because the wheels did not make full contact with the floor. Gentleman that did the alignment replies with “that’s all I can do, you can get your tires rotated often”. I did not want to argue here as he did not provide any further explanation as I asked more questions. Shortly after I came home, I made an appointment with Gresham 4 wheel drive & alignment. I drove the car for less than an hour 1 day later and I hit a little bump in the road. This shifted my steering wheel out of place a whole 180 degrees and it locked up. The car started vibrating and the front suspension was making nasty crunching sounds each time I turned the wheel. I brought the car to Gresham 4 wheel drive & alignment, and they told me the alignment done prior was not within spec whatsoever and that the nuts were so loose you can tighten them by hand. I had to pay AGAIN for ANOTHER alignment after 1 drive because of One Alignment. I gave them a chance and emailed them not just once but twice. I’ve managed to get not a single reply. Marius at One Alignment has been taking care of my car these past few weeks and I cannot thank him enough for the service he provides. He has gone over the top and made sure my car was driving straight. I appreciate him for providing information behind every step he takes and reassures me my car will be safe to drive. I will come back every time because of the outstanding customer service provided. Thank you once again Marius!
Do not go to this shop for alignment. They broke all 4 of my tesla wheel caps and scuffed the hood. I installed new gemini aero covers on my model y on April 6th-- brand new, so the clips were in tact and present. No issues during installation. After I had an alignment from this shop on April 12th, I noticed that my wheel caps were not tight on the rim. I check all 4 and realized that clips were broken off. When the technician took off the covers, he sheared off the clips that secure the hubcap to the car and then tried to cover it up. Clips are missing from the front caps and driver side rear cap. On the rear passenger side, some clips are cracked off but still present on the rim. After the alignment on the 12th, the technician, Gio, showed me a piece of black plastic he claims fell off an underbody panel. I brushed it off because I couldn't actually see where it came from and it clearly didn't affect the securement of the panel. Post facto, I know this must be part of one of the wheel clips. I called the shop very angry. It's been 2 days and I have yet to hear back. I don't trust these fools to fix their damage without damaging something further, so I'll eat the cost. The tech blamed me for damaging the caps during installation. But if this were the case, why do I have some broken clips attached to the rim and the rest missing? If these clips broke in motion, I would have all broken clips stuck to every wheel. My wife also noticed a scuff on the front of my hood, as if somebody sat on it. The car had not been driven since my alignment at this shop. To top it off, they charged me $240 for an alignment that took 2 hours. Next time I'll just go to the official service center where I know I'll be made aware and whole if a mistake like this occurs. The saving grace is that the alignment is actually pretty straight. To the shop: don't bother contacting me. Your tech damaged my property and tried to hide it. I can't trust you to do the right thing.
Came to get an alignment after getting new tires. When I came in my car felt like it didn't needed one but since I got new tires I wanted to confirm that it was aligned. A few miles of driving after I left, the vehicle was pulling to the right and I came back the following day to get it fixed. The guy told me that during that day it was by appointment only and to comeback at 1pm. I went back at 1pm and no one showed up, I called a couple of times and after waiting for 20 minutes I left to another alignment business. I didn't mention that I just had an alignment done a day before and the technician asked me "did you hit anything?" and I said "no, why?" and then he told me that one of my rods was loose. What a waste of $180.
