I have been using the services of Glavs Travel since 2009. I have probably traveled with them more than half the world. All tours were well organized, the hotels were comfortable and conveniently located, the guides were almost always knowledgeable and professional. Just a few days ago I returned from another tour - to the Balkan countries. And this tour also left the most favorable impression. Everything was great: transfers from and to the airport, good hotels with excellent food, a professional and friendly guide. Just returned from beautiful trip across Western Europe. We visited Prague, Dresden, Vienna and Budapest. The trip was personalized for group of 4 people. Travel agent Angela organized the tour very well. We never had any problem during the tour. Hotels in every city located in the center, so we don’t have to walk a lot to the primary attractions. Everything was in 10 minutes walking distance. Angela schedule all excursion with the knowledge of the details. Guides and drivers were very punctual and polite. It was the first time we travel with small group, which we like a lot. Thank you very much Angela and we will do it again.

This is for our latest experience with Glavs Travel tour to Croatia (former SFRU). I was dreaming about visit to Dubrovnik last three years. I found that Glavs Travel offered 9 days tour which exactly much my travel dates. So we signed for it with the help of Angela. I am glad we did it. Tour was organized with the highest quality abd support. WhatsApp chat was set few days before our departure and kept alive all the time. It gives us live time updates and control over activities. The tour guide assist us in Croatia was the best one I have ever met. Elena Gabrich lived in Croatia more than 35 years. She loved Croatia and was able to have us to like it. History of this place going back to centuries. As you can see from attached pictures this is one of the buitiful place in the European union. Two hotels provided Great accommodation with breakfast and dinner included. I hope we will have more time to spend at the biches, but we had very busy schedule to accomplish our Travel plans. Horrible Logistics and Terrible Experience – Avoid Glavs Travel! Our Niagara Falls tour with Glavs Travel was a disaster from start to finish. Instead of a proper tour bus, they used two cramped minivans for an extremely long ride – already unacceptable for such a trip. To make things worse, one of the vans had two cracked windows, no head supports, and obvious pressure problems, making the journey uncomfortable and even unsafe. The so-called “included hotel” was shockingly bad – I didn’t even know hotels like this existed in the US. The “included breakfast” was not provided, and the poor tour guide had to scramble to arrange something on the spot. Adding insult to injury, everyone paid a different price for the same miserable experience – from $350 to $500 per person, depending on the booking agent. And to top it off, they scheduled six hours at the Falls, which was far too long given the transportation issues, traffic, and exhausting return trip. Three hours would have been more than enough. Overall, this was a terrible, poorly organized, and unprofessional trip. I would not recommend Glavs Travel to anyone – save your money and your nerves!
