I had originally written a wonderful review for this place until an unfortunate bad experience. (I’ve eaten at this chain at many other spots for years now.) The first time I ate at this one two weeks ago, I ordered a prosciutto arugula pizza that looked like the one off the main Famoso Instagram picture which I posted. Tonight I got the same pizza that looked like this, and the taste reflected the appearance. Upon calling the owner, when I expressed I wasn’t happy with it, I was disputed and then just told thanks for letting us know. I once had a problem with a pizza from Mountain Steak and Pizza, they immediately remade the pizza and went above and beyond and gave me voucher for another free pizza for the inconvenience. There’s a reason why some restaurants last in smaller communities and some don’t. Customer service.
Marilyn was an excellent server! Our food came fast and perfect! Always a treat to get the Famoso pizza! 🍕
Delicious pizza, I had the prawn and pesto one. Service was really quick. I would absolutely recommend.
