WORST Company EVER !! , they are fraud, I asked for a simple paint job and they came on time and everything went smooth , after their workers finished and the paint dried , I discovered that the wall still had the same defects , I called them and they came after 2 hours to try to fix it by they even had made it worth, I called there manager and sent him the photos of the wall (also I sent an email with the incidence) who at the beginning was considerate and told me that they will send them again the next day to fix it , I waited for them and they never showed up , I kept calling them with no answer at all , till I managed to reach one of their team members who told me we will come next day early morning !!! Also I waited and no one showed up , I kept calling on every number for them they never answer (intentionally of course!!) there slogan on the website is 100% customer satisfaction while they don't even respect their customers I don't recommend dealing with them (they take your money and disappear, check the reviews on Facebook) N.B: I asked for an invoice , they didn't send and also went to their office in Al-Qouz the surprise is they have no office there !!!! Mohammed and his team are extremely professional. We used their services for marble polishing and also for carpet shampooing and sofa dry cleaning. They did an excellent job and we would definitely recommend them. We got to know about them by word of mouth and from all the positive reviews that they have, you can tell that their services are excellent. Good price-quality also.

Very disappointed with this company. I booked a moving-out clean and was reluctant because it was expensive.....though I assumed the price would reflect the quality. I was wrong. The apartment was vacant so I let them go straight there to do their service and asked them to call me when they were done. They were at the apartment “cleaning” from 7.30am until 5pm. When I arrived at 5pm they asked me to meet them in the car park to pay them and I said no- that I wanted to check the work first. There were dirty marks all over the floors of the whole apartment, there was dust and hair in the bathrooms...... and all the kitchen cupboards Inside were dirty with food still in them. There was no care taken whatsoever. I made a complaint to the office and said they needed to complete the clean as I was handing back the apartment to the landlord the following day at 10am. To cut a long story short, I arrived again the following morning and the cleaners were there, I asked them to finish quickly and leave but they didn’t so they were still cleaning when I was trying to hand the apartment back to the landlord. I was so embarrassed and to make matters worse, the cleaners tried to charge me more for having to come back the next day. Complete rip off- not what I expected for 675 dirhams.

I booked the company to deep clean a villa I am moving into with my family, we had done some construction work in the villa and needed to be sure that the house would be clean and dust free before moving, especially as we have a young baby. The team arrived in the morning without a supervisor, with minimal Cleaning supplies and tools, stayed till 5pm and did absolutely no work. We have now had to delay our move and pay extra charges to different suppliers due to the lack of competence of this company. We were assured the utmost most professional and best service, but instead the house was a disaster. There was even urine stains on one of the toilet seats from one of the workers.
