I had a terrible experience with fantastic moves. The movers were so rushed that they moved two fridges with food still in the freezer. They sat there for months because we moved everything into a storage unit. When we moved to our new home, we opened them up and found maggots. The smell and damage were so bad that we had to trash both. They dented our brand new washing machine. We still can't find screws for my grandma’s antique table and my daughter's $3000 pottery barn bed. It's a pretty hefty price tag. When I called to inform them about the issues, Nick yelled at me and refused to let me talk to anyone else. Please use any other movers.
Fantastic Moves is amazing. This is the second time I have used them in two years for a move. I moved this past Saturday, the 22nd. They were scheduled to arrive at my storage unit at 9 a.m. I got there early and was going to wait. They arrived a few minutes later and were able to start early. It only took them 15 minutes to load my things to the truck. We arrived at the second location to pick up a few more things and they were done in no time. On to my apartment and all in all, it took them less than 4 hours. They were very nice and patient with me. Bo, Tay and Zack were great!!!!
We had such a great experience with Fantastic Moves. Jane explained everything before they got there, so we felt like we were able to know what to expect and prepare. We were concerned if they could get it all in one truck and they thought they could. Louis and his team packed an incredibly efficient truck. Louis was an absolute pleasure to work with and we had no issues with anything being broken. They were very careful with all our things and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. I highly recommend this company.
