I like fanuc India for their timely support. What I don’t like is they are always money minded, for instance I asked them to check whether my X axis motor is working fine after the replacement of an encoder costing me 48,000/- But they said they will charge me 4,500/- + tax just for checking the motor which would hardly take 5 mins.
