Eid Dress worn out with in hours of wearing it. Threads coming out of 220 pound outfit which cost 30 pounds to ship. As expected customer service didn't acknowledge the issue and blamed it on wrong size being ordered ( there were no issues in fitting that could have stretched the fabric) Also the quality advertised online is never delivered. Very bad fabric and stitching.

I came to the store to get my measurements done for a bridal outfit. A family member came back to pick up my clothes and immediately noticed some discrepancies with the measurements. When they notified the designer, they were very arrogantly told that the designer doesn't do alternations. Lo and behold, certain parts of my outfit do not fit correctly. It is very disappointing that FTA does not take customer service seriously given their price point- first world prices for third world costumer service, as confirmed by other reviews on here. As we are international clients, this experience has added quite a lot of stress and I do not recommend them to anyone. There are better designers out there that I will be recommending to my friends over FTA.

Hi , I am based in Toronto and ordered my first piece from you . The delivery time confirmed to me was 5to 6 weeks but I got my piece after 9 weeks . Literally a day before my flight out to a destination wedding . I ordered a size large and The top fitted fine however the pants were of a small size. I had to rush to get them altered since I had no time to give feedbacks or go back and forth. Anyhow at the destination wedding , when I wore the suit it ripped apart from both sides . It was humiliating. I had to pin the dupatta on the front to hide it. Poor quality, poor sizing , poor delivery status, so disappointing after spending USD 298 on this garment .

Wish I could give them a zero star! Recently bought two outfits for $800 plus .. they don’t talk to you properly until you transfer money into their accounts, they charge you double for shipping and take ages to complete your order! And when your order finally arrives it’s not even your size! When you complain they go “ship it back to your relatives in Pakistan” obviously no compensation was offered, I will bloody ship it back on my expanse and wait for another decade for the order to be completed! What the heck really ! I wish there were some strict statutory rights and guidelines in Pakistan.
