Best Airport & Limo Transport, we booked for our family vacation and the driver arrived 10 minutes early to load all of our luggage’s. Picked up in Grand Blanc and dropped off at Detroit Metro Airport on time for our trip.

Called around 1:40a for a ride home and got no information on ETA, the type of vehicle I would be picked up in. Person on the phone also didn’t ask anything but my pickup and drop off address, but I thought “Ok this isn’t Uber maybe that’s all they need to get a ride going.” I called back after waiting 30 minutes and told him I booked a ride a while ago and was wondering about the ETA. He says a few minutes so I say okay and hang up. Another 20 minutes pass, so I call back but this time received no answer. Even called another time after and got nothing. I understand it was late, but you cannot claim to be 24/7 when you are not.
