J'ai participé au stage d'écologie intérieure en août 2020 dans un lieu magnifique. Moments exceptionnels, ressourcants, hors du temps. Une pause et un retour vers l'essentiel. Charles et sa famille vivement en harmonie totale avec la nature. C'est un Grand Homme qui a voyagé de part le monde et nous a fait profiter de sa sagesse et sa générosité de cœur. Visite intéressante, belle réalisation , très impressionné par la quantité de plantations au M2 . Par contre, j'ai acheté des haricots verts, le prix était entre 7 et 8 €, et pour la première fois de ma vie (j'ai 75ans) j'ai du les mettre à la poubelle, totalement in-mangeable , l'impression de manger de la ficelle. Je sais que l'été a été particulièrement chaud et sec ce qui a forcément un impact sur la qualité de la production, mais dans ce cas précis, on ne met pas les haricots à la vente.
