I would give 0 stars if I could. Blake was not very proactive in his general contractor duties or forthcoming/transparent on prices throughout the construction process on our new home build. He tried to charge me more than double fair market value for siding job he had his workers do and they had never hung hardie board before, we discovered multiple problems afterwards which were challenging to get resolved. He was rude to subcontractors and was slow to pay draws to subs. His framing work was slow and as a result caused excessive weathering of lumbar materials. He screwed up my door order, and did not follow up with the door supplier promptly which caused several delays. These among many other issues leaves me to strongly suggest avoiding this contractor. less
Absolutely the best home contractor Learning that Blake Hall had 15 years of both residential and commercial construction experience, I retained him to finish my basement. The quality of the work was absolutely off the scale! The framing, the sheet rock work and texturing, the trim work, the painting, etc.--it was all first class. I could not be more pleased with the quality of the work and the stunning appearance of the finished job! And the pricing was reasonable.
