Great Service! Minor MOT bike failure that's easily fixed. GTC staff explained the problem fully. Nice complimemtary Coffee. Great range of Motorcycle tyres in stock as well! My bike had a minor issue and failed the MOT on a Friday, I needed to use the bike on the Sunday! The TTC guys went out of their way to fit the bike in on the Saturday for a retest! Fantastic service and customer care,!

Called up Gtc motorcycles on Friday last week to have some new tyres fitted and had an appointment for Monday for my Triumph trident, the service provided was fantastic, within moments of me arriving they had my bike up on the stands and started work immediately, overall really happy and will use them from now on for tyres. Thank you

Appalling customer service! I have used this shop before to repair a puncture and I had a good experience so when it came to book my MOT it thought this would be the perfect place. I booked my MOT for 08:30am and due to some temporary traffic lights I turned up at 08:35am after a 30 min ride to get there. I was refused my MOT due to being late despite it only being 5 minutes adrift of my booked time. The incredibly blunt mechanic gave the reason that it meant he would leave work 5 minutes late and so he wouldn’t do it. He stated that I booked the time even though I was there only a few minutes late! I have never had such awful customer service and I would advise everyone to avoid this garage just in case you are running 5 minutes late as well! No flexibility has meant I no have wasted 1 hour this morning and am not late for work for no reason. Absolutely appalling!
