My family of four, including me arrived feeling anxious and in very sick. From the moment we walked in, we were was met with exceptional care that completely put me at ease. The receptionist was not only efficient but also incredibly kind, making the stressful check-in process feel effortless. The facility itself was immaculately clean and calm, which was a welcome surprise and helped settle my nerves. Our wait time was remarkably short; we were seen by a nurse practitioner within 40 minutes of completing our paperwork, which is virtually unheard of in urgent care settings. The APRN that saw us was fantastic, extremely professional and took care of everything we needed. She explained everything that was going on in great detail and the compassion behind her care was bar none. This is a really great facility for urgent needs.

Great staff , clean, love that you can get in and out quickly. My only complaint- I think it is a privacy issue that you are required to leave door cracked for a drug screen. You all should really re-examine this policy. The test was not DOT or court ordered- just a screening for employment. I work in healthcare administration and I know this is HIPAA violation/dignity and privacy violation. Other than this complaint great experience.

Sat in room for over 30 mins waiting for the doctor to come in meanwhile they all sat outside the room gossiping the entire time while I was dealing with my sick 10 month old waiting to be seen. Over an hour into my appt time and have yet to see any doctor besides getting her vitals done.
