First time Visiting - Very welcoming on arriving - Helpful receptionist with a Friendly 🙂 Didn't know if My insurance was excepted from out of state YES they do- proceed to the check in screen by counter to make an appointment -Very great 👍 I was Not feeling well At all or I would Not stopped in. Walk Ins Welcome 🤗 as passing By so turned around Went Back --- So Glad I did. Not Busy Got seen Quickly. Nurse Practitioner did My exam Very Friendly- Caring 🙂- Kind -Wonderful 👍 Doctor came In Very quickly also Very Awesome 👍 She was thoughtful AND Caring- Knowledgeable Respectful Also Thanks for A Very Nice Experience for Listening to Me and making Me feel better Soon ❤️

I had to go to fast pace to get staples taken out out of my head. I was very nervous as my scalp was still very tender. The PA, Casey, and her two Assistance treated me with great respect and compassion. I felt well taken care of.

We were on vacation in Cadiz, KY and I developed a bad UTI. I went to a Fast Pace clinic in the neighboring town of Murray, KY. The entire team was amazing but especially Christie Baker, APRN. She took the time, asked a lot of questions and listened to me as the patient. It was obvious that I had a UTI but she took the extra step and sent it off for culture. It came back as something I had likely picked ip when I had a recent surgical procedure. She had already prescribed the correct antibiotic and I was feeling better. She called and told me about the culture results. I couldn’t be happier with my experience with her and the entire clinic!

I came to the urgent care in lieu of the ER. I couldn't be helped there, as the ER was what I truly needed and I was sent there. The provider had so much compassion and thoroughly explained to me why I needed to be seen at the ER. She even stated which tests needed to be ran and how they weren't equipped to do that. The concern was evident and I deeply appreciate it.
