First, I loved being able to go online and register for a time slot. When I arrived, the front desk staff was super nice. The nurse was also extremely nice, helpful and knowledgeable. And to top off my visit, the doctor was nice, helpful and knowledgeable. This made my visit really enjoyable, I almost wanted to hug them when I left! I'm definitely driving further to this location instead of the immediate cares close to me because of the excellent customer service.

My experience was not good. The doctor saw to that. I came in with a sore throat swollen gland nasal issues fever and a cough. When the medical assistant was checking me in she asked if I took any daily medications and I told her yes but that they did not pertain to the reason that I was visiting the Urgent Care Center today. When the doctor came in she proceeded to ask me why I was on one type of medication instead of another. I told her I had some type of an allergy to something in the one medication. She asked me if I had documentation from an allergist for that . Then she proceeded to ask me where I go meaning what doctor or facility. I would like to know how the treatment for my spinal stenosis which doctor I go to or whether I have proof that I have allergies has anything to do with the ENT issue that I went in to the Urgent Care Center for today. I was extremely taken aback offended and pretty upset when I walked back out the door. All of those questions that she so crassly asked me have absolutely nothing to do with the reason that I was there. I was trying to see if I had a bacterial infection that would require antibiotics or possibly covid. To my best understanding this is supposed to be a Christian facility. I am actual Christ following Christian and I can straight up tell you that this is not how we speak to each other or act. Shame on her. I did answer her questions but only because I did not want to be rude to her and tell her that it was none of her business. I am shocked at my experience. Also I would just like to add for the record that the lady at the front desk gets 5 out of 5 stars and the medical assistant who took my vitals and initial information also gets five stars. It was just the doctor and her very Brash Manor of poking her nose where it absolutely did not belong that offended me. Hopefully with this review y'all will do better for other people in the future. I will not be recommending this Clinic nor will I ever return again.

Excellent visit! A great walk-in clinic! Was sick as a rabid, three-legged dog on a SUNDAY afternoon & was seen almost immediately by two nice ladies who tested me for COVID & the flu. Two prescriptions later & an assurance that I wasn't going to die that day & I was on my way! Knowledgable & extremely pleasant staff - especially on a Sunday of all days! Note: this is how healthcare should be. Thanks, Ladies (I should have remembered their names, dang it! My bad.)

The physician we had handled my son’s medical emergency flawlessly. She was knowledgeable and talked him through her diagnosis and process to make him comfortable. We were in and out within 30 minutes with a prescription sent to the pharmacy promptly.
