Unprofessional, Unreliable, and a Complete Waste of Time If I could give this business zero stars, I would. I placed an order for a sign and was given a timeframe for completion, which they completely failed to meet. They promised to send me a design for approval via email, but that never happened. I called multiple times, only to be given the runaround by staff who either didn’t know what was going on or simply didn’t care. It quickly became clear that if your business isn’t “big enough,” they won’t prioritize your order. The final straw was running into the owner at a liquor store a few days after visiting the shop. When I asked him about my sign, he seemed completely clueless and just told me it “should be ready.” That was 10 days ago, and I still can’t get in touch with anyone. At this point, I doubt they ever even started my order. The misleading positive reviews must be from friends or family because my experience was nothing short of unprofessional. If you’re looking for a sign company that actually values its customers, look elsewhere. I will never do business with them again, and I strongly suggest others avoid them as well.
