I called seeking design services for our men’s healthcare clinic which has over 200 locations with 300 coming in the next 3 years. The receptionist was nice then they transferred me to a gentleman who was very short with me and told me they couldn’t help before even knowing what we needed. We have over a million dollar budget set fourth for this project and wanted to speak to Faulkner Design Group. I wouldn’t be so brief with potential clients moving forward as we are what is considered a whale in the industry. I certainly wish I could have said something good about my experience.
