I have used Feakins for a couple of years now and I will continue to use them. They provided me with exceptional customer service. Whilst everyone there is very helpful and friendly, I felt that Rebecca gave me an ultimate customer service experience. I was welcomed whilst I sat in their reception area and did my work whilst I waited. My bank card declined and I was treated with the upmost respect and care despite feeling embarrassed. Rebecca helped me to work out how to pay part cash and part card which helped me out no end. I think its fair to say that this is customer service received by Rebecca beyond what is usually expected. Thank you to Rebecca and everyone at the Feakins mechanical team, I love my Audi Q2 and thank you for taking care of my car and me!
Took my car in to have my bumper and wheel arches repaired, very happy with the quality of work carried out and the price too, the price quoted was £40 cheaper than a different local garage. The staff are really friendly and very helpful, highly recommend. 👍🏻
I called Feakins yesterday because my car went into limp mode and I had heard they had a good reputation. Rebecca provided great customer service and was able to get me booked in for the next day. After the diagnostics she called me to let me know what the issue was and was able to fix it the same day for a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this garage and will be using them again for mine and my partners car in the future.
