I’ve been coming to Feather Factor Hair Studio for the past two years, and every visit has been consistently excellent. The salon itself has a welcoming atmosphere - clean, comfortable, and well-organised, and the team are always professional and friendly. Special thanks to Xavier, who has been looking after my hair throughout this time. He always listen to what I want, give great suggestions, and the attention to detail is outstanding. I walk out happy every time and often receive compliments on the results. Highly recommend both the salon and Xavier if you are looking for a place you can trust long term.

I cannot recommend this salon enough! My hair was in terrible condition before I walked in, but Dean worked absolute magic — it’s now healthier, shinier, and better than it has ever looked. The salon itself is super cute, and everyone there is incredibly warm and welcoming. It can be a little tricky to find, but trust me, it’s worth seeking out. I would honestly fly all the way from Cairns to Sydney just to have my hair done here again. Thank you, Dean, for giving me my best hair day ever!

This is my third time visiting this studio, and it has officially become my go-to place for haircare! Every experience here has been very positive. Hair stylist provided professional and honest advice tailored to what I needed, and the entire team was incredibly patient during the bleaching process. I was especially impressed by how gentle they were—I didn’t experience any scalp irritation at all. On top of that, the pricing is refreshingly reasonable and has stayed consistent since my first purchase in 2021. Highly recommend this studio!

I went there yesterday to get a male perm and haircut. Xavier is a really talented and professional hairdresser. He gave me very good advises for the style I wanted. He was very kind and took his time. I can highly recommend this place, would come back anytime and I am very happy with the result
