This mattter doesn’t reflect the store but there online site I ordered shoes from there website received the box dented and torn when sending email to customer service they stated box was not damaged they could not do anything!

I see a lot of bad reviews based on the website which makes absolutely no sense to me. The store itself is very nice, organized and clean. All the staff were attentive and helpful. Went in to get a hat and they brought me a fresh one from the back all bagged up. You definitely feel well taken care of here. If you win big and want some new sneakers or some dope accessories, definitely check it out.

Well I'm giving a two because the cs at the stores I called for help was actually decent despite all the negative comments. But I do hate when negative reviews become true for me. I ordered a pair of shoes off their website on December 26, 2024. I ordered them with the address cost of $51.48 for overnight shipping because the site says order within a certain time frame and you'd receive them on 12.27.24. One of the store reps did blend it on the holiday season and the delivery services. However, I ordered a pair of shoes from a different site/company and clothes from another site/store and I received my confirmation of the items being received and sent within 24hrs. I've also always received one of the paid of shoes from the other site and I didn't pay for overnight shipping. My problem is the "Feature" advertised on they're site and charged for overnight shipping and I've yet to receive my items now two days later..I received an emailed stating my item is on the way with a dead track my order link. I keep checking order status on the website and all it says is that the item is on the way. No tracking number no further info on where it's at. I emailed them during business hours and received no response. I'm really pissed bc I could have ordered from 2 other sites. The only reason I ordered from them online is because of the option to receive them next day. Yet it's been 2 days later and nothing. At this point I want my overnight shipping fee refunded because Feature did send them as promised. Don't advertise an overnight option you can't uphold. I didn't care if it's the holiday because that's not what your option stated. I don't mind paying extra when I want my items immediately. But I due care when you charge/steal under the guise of certain business options only not to fulfill turn and there's no way to contact anyone for an update. I just want my shoes today since I paid for them to be here yesterday. If not Feature I'd like a refund of my fee overnight fee. Will update this review once the item is received and/or I receive a response from Feature.
