This is an appreciation more than a review as we have travelled more than a year with Mr Manjunath for the dedication and effort he has taken in completing our dream home. Starting with each phase right from the foundation of the house and all the way to the turn key handover, the precision and attention to detail he has showed in both civil work as well as the interiors of the house. We are happy to have chosen TVASTE to construct our Dream home at Vidyaranyapura, Bangalore. They are a team of excellent professionals with a down-to-earth attitude, always listening to and accommodating clients' requirements. I'm very satisfied with my overall home building experience with them. Thanks to Mr. Manjunath and team. Here are some of my key takeaways. Pros. 1. Transparency in payment is ensured through clearly defined milestones, with payments processed after their completion. This provides us with the satisfaction of seeing our payments directly reflected in the building's progress. 2. Regular updates provided in whatsapp group gives confidence of what is happening at the construction site. 3. Transparency in material selection, We were involved in most of the material selection like, Tiles, Granite, bathroom fixtures etc. 4. They accommodate small additional work like granite beading for Bathroom windows & doors without charging. Areas of improvement 1. Unlike other construction company, they do not have dedicated sales team, Project management team. However, They do have site engineers who oversee the work. This did not impact our home construction time & quality, Just an area of improvement. 2. They need to have a Proper office set up for client meetings. I believe, they are already in the process of setting up one. I know most of the well established businesses have started from shed. Way to go.
